The 12-day programme features the Highlights of Vietnam including the dynamic, bustling and Vietnam’s largest HoChiMinh City and Hanoi. In contrast to the romance and peacefulness of Hue the quaint town of Hoi An, the mystical and imaginary world of Halong Bay. Then explore intriguing cross- cultural fairs where people of the H’mong, Dao, Tay hill tribes in the colourful attire get together with their overpacked horses and back baskets in merry mood.
Day 1: Saigon – Arrival (D)
Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, a bustling & biggest city with the former named Saigon. Meet your guide and transfer to hotel check-in. At leisure time. Enjoy dinner on floating restaurant cruising along Saigon River. After then back to hotel for overnight.
Day 2: Saigon – Mekong Delta Boat Trip (BLD)
Breakfast. Excursion to My Tho. A full day trip to water world of the Mekong Delta. Take a boat trip along narrow waterways, you will enjoy a cruise on boats and viewing the daily activities of the local people along the Mekong River and taste fresh tropical fruits in the orchards, enjoy honey tea from bee hives with opera renovated or “ca nhac Tai Tu” show. Lunch will be served with special dish named Fried Elephant’s Ear Fish at the local restaurant on the island. On the way return to Saigon, visit the ancient Vinh Trang pagoda is an optional. At leisure time until dinner and night in Saigon.
Day 3: Saigon – Danang – Hoi An (BLD)
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to the airport for the short flight to Danang. Welcome by our Tour Guide at the airport then proceed to Hoi An ancient town. Having lunch at restaurant in town. After then check-in the hotel.
PM: walk-in to the ancient town for exploring the picturesque centre of town with its restored 18th century merchants’ houses, the ancient houses, Temple Bridge, Phuc Kien Temple. Hoi An also boasts some of the best silk shops, art galleries and handicraft shops in Vietnam as well as dozens of excellent restaurants serving the delicious local specialties. Then take the boat cruising along the Thu Bon River for visiting & relaxation (1 hour). The rest of day is at your leisure. Having dinner at restaurant. Discovery night in Hoian.

Day 4: Hoi An – Danang – Hue (BLD)
Breakfast at hotel. Return to Danang for visiting the marble mountain. Then leave Da Nang for Hue by passing the Hai Van Pass. Stop-over at the top of the pass for photo-taking and relaxation few minute. Then continue the route to Hue city. Transfer to having lunch at restaurant on arrival to Hue. Then check-in the hotel. After that transfer to the pier for taking a boat trip on Perfume River for visiting Thien Mu Pagoda built on a hillock overlooking the Perfume River, is one of the most famous structures in all of Vietnam. Dinner at restaurant and overnight in Hue.
Day 5: Hue – Hanoi (BLD)
Breakfast at hotel. Citytour includes: the Royal Palace and Royal Tomb of the Nguyen Dynastry from 1802 to 1945, the quiet paved roads between the tombs pass among the solid little homes of peasants; peaceful groves of trees; and newly reafforested hills. Having lunch at local restaurant in Hue. Then transfer to the airport for flight to Hanoi. Arrive to Hanoi, Hanoi famous for the name of the mythical ascending dragon, unique city of Vietnam, Welcome by our Tour Guide then transfer to downtown around the main streets before hotel check-in. At leisure time. Evening: enjoy the famous water puppet show before having dinner at restaurant in town. Back to hotel for overnight.
Day 6: Hanoi – Halong Bay - ON CRUISE (BLD)
After breakfast at hotel, leave Hanoi by vehicle (250km = 4hrs drive) for Halong Bay. Enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields. Arrive in Halong, check-in registration. Having lunch with fresh seafood while cruising into Halong Bay. Swimming and sunbathing at Soi Sim beach. Dinner and overnight on board the junk.
Day 7: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Lao Cai (BLD)
Enjoy breakfast on the board with cake, coffee, milk, tea. A morning cruise to visit: Man’s head island, Tortoise island, then visit Luon cave by small bamboo boat.
09.30: Cruising back to Halong city and having wonderful BRUNCH on board.
11:00 arrive to the wharf. Then transfer back to Hanoi via Hai Phong province. Then stop for visiting: Trang Kenh communal house & Du Hang temple, the hand-made pottery villages. Continue route to Hanoi.
Enjoy water puppet show after dinner. Evening: Transfer from hotel to Hanoi Railway Station for catching the local train to Laocai and wake up the following morning in Lao Cai.

Day 8: Laocai – Bac Ha colorful ethnic market - Sapa (BLD)
Early morning arrival to Laocai around 5.00am. Laocai is bordering of China in the far Northwest, is the place to see some of Vietnam’s colourful hill tribes, in particular H’mong and Dao. Our Driver pick group up at the Laocai Sation then transfer for having breakfast at restaurant nearby the station, wash-up and change clothes. Then continue the road through rural area to Bac Ha ethnic market. Bac Ha Market which only opens on every Sunday. A slow walk to Bac Ha Market. Here you would find this big market filled with many different hill-tribe people in their colourful traditional costumes. This is a colourful market in the north of Vietnam. At Bac Ha Market, you will be able to find trading of animals like buffaloes, horses and also stalls of local hill-tribes clothings, food and local artifacts, etc… After then short trek to Pho village for visiting, then stop at H’mong King’s house - Mr. Vang A Tuong for visiting, this house built on year 1918. Having lunch at local restaurant near Bac Ha market. Then return to Sapa for a short rest before taking your dinner in Sapa Town.
Day 9: Sapa – Cat Cat & Ta Fin ethnic villages – Ham Rong mountain – Sapa (BLD)
Breakfast at hotel. All day visit some of nearby hill tribe villages: Ta Fin and Cat Cat. At the end of the week we can see the H’mong, Dao and other ethnic minorities trek into town from the surrounding countryside to trade goods at the weekend markets in Sapa. There, they sell silver jeweler, traditional embroidered fabrics and authentic articles of hill tribe clothing at the markets. Afternoon, make a short trek to visit Ham Rong mountain for bird-eyes view whole Sapa city. After then back to hotel for rest until dinner at restaurant. Discovery night in Sapa.
Day 10: Sapa – Cocly – Laocai – Station – On Train (BLD)
Breakfast at hotel. After which, leave for Coc Ly Market which only opens on every Tuesday. Enjoy the peaceful life of 6 different minority peoples (Flower H'mong, Black Dzao, Tay, Dzay, HaNhi and Nung). The market is the chance for the minorities to meet and share joy and sorrows after the crops, to exchange one another's experience. Bid farewell to the market and get down onto a boat along Chay river. Get off the boat to visit a village of the Tay Minority (Trung Do village) by the river. Then, proceed to Lao Cai for your dinner before boarding the local soft-berth sleeper train back to Hanoi (4 persons to a cabin).
Day 11: Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Hanoi (BLD)
Early morning arrival to Hanoi Raiway Station. Our Driver pick you up at the Station then transfer to hotel for breakfast. At leisure until take an excursion to Hoa Lu, visit Dinh & Le Dynasty temples (968 - 1009) and Phat Diem Cathedral. Take a sampan on a river through the rice paddies to the grottoes of the sacred Tam Coc Caves, known as Vietnam’s “Halong on Land”. Then onwards to the Bich Dong cave pagodas for visiting. Back to Hanoi on late afternoon. After dinner free at leisure. O/N in Hanoi.
Day 12: Hanoi – Departure (B)
At leisure time until transfer to airport for flight departure. Home sweet home.
